Statek Corporation is proud to announce the release of its 30 kRad tolerant, ultra-high shock, low phase-noise oscillator. Capable of withstanding shocks up to 100,000 g, the CXOXLPNR is housed in a hermetically sealed ceramic 3.2 x 2.5 mm package and has an operating temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C. The CXOXLPNR delivers a low voltage CMOS output with low phase noise, low jitter and low acceleration sensitivity. At 125 MHz, its noise floor is -165 dBc/Hz at 20 MHz offset and the typical RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz is 75 fs. Available with screening options to meet all program requirements, the CXOXLPNR will become the preferred choice for all Low Earth Orbit (LEO) applications.
