爱普生的高性能晶振SG3225EEN是目前5G通信网中PAM4光模块参考晶振的主要型号,SG3225EEN是一款低抖动输出类型LV-PECL的差分晶振,料号为X1G005221000800,常用的频率为156.250000MHz,CJGA。尺寸为3225mm,工作温度范围在-40℃至+85。那么为什么说SG3225EEN,156.25MHz,X1G00522100080适用400G QSFP-DD光模块呢?主要是因为鉴于目前400G QSFP-DD光模块的封装及结构尺寸,其内部器件均需要小型化,选择时钟发生器不太现实,时钟发生器必须要一款晶振/晶体搭配,且功耗不小,也会占用较大的设计空间,因此研发人员直接选用小封装、高性能、低功耗的晶振X1G005221000800采用金属封装,且最高工作温度支持105℃,全温度范围指标一致,非常适合400G QSFP-DD之类的线路侧光模块设计,而且SG3225EEN系列晶振的差分输出摆幅在800~1600mV,刚好在后端DSP的需求范围内,可以直接用于后端DSP设计,无需转换。
